Cancel a reservation

When you book a service on our portal you also adhere to certain conditions that must be carefully read and understood. In general: 

- for individual services: you can cancel your reservation within 10 days of actual arrival. Under 10 days and up to 48 hours from arrival there will be a penalty of 50%. The penalty becomes 100% for a cancellation within 48 hours. 

- for shuttle services: you can cancel your reservation within 10 days without any penalty. Under 10 days the penalty is 100%.
